voice over kit

I downloaded the most recent update to iTunes on Christmas Day. Afer it loaded, I got a message saying a file was missing and that I had to uninstall iTunes and reinstall it. I did this, following the instructions given on the site. Everything is fine except for one thing. I cannot install the Voiceover Kit. I get a message that says unknown error (1603).

I am just wondering if anybody else has had the same problem and can advise me as to how to correct it so that I can install the Voiceover kit. I hate having to hunt for everything on every playlist.
