Can't Figure out what's up

I am having an issue where a few episodes are missing (not all). I've checked out the feed and such and can't figure out whats wrong. Feed Validator says its all right. The feed url is http://www.davidduir.com/Podcast/rss.xml

Any ideas?

Episode 9 was only posted yesterday. It appears when subscribing (in this case the iTunes application reads the feed directly); the iTunes Store normally takes 1-2 days, sometimes a bit longer, to show new episodes as it caches the feed and visits it periodically to check for updates. This episode should appear in a day or so.

Episodes 2 and 3 have no media files: iTunes does not show episodes which have no playable media.
