Problems since SSD install

Im having quite a few problems since I installed my ssd in. Using a OWC Mercury Extreme Pro 120gb SSD with firmware version 340A13F0.

Sometimes coming from sleep it will freeze, the desktop will load but I cant click anything or do anything except move the mouse. Nothing works except holding power down and restarting. I have hibernatemode set to 0, sms 0 and im trying it now with disksleep 0. I check the console messages and nothing seems to really come out, I didnt check the System messages right after it happened so im not sure which one applied to the freeze but I keep getting this console message on restarts, everytime.

OWC Mercury Extreme Pro 120gb SSD

I bought that SSD a month ago, installed it in a new Icy Dock (mounted on internal drive SATA sled) and hit "Scratch Disk" errors in Photoshop, Kernel Panics on reboot, and it would lose its formatting on reboot (requiring me to Initialize it again).

I removed it from the Icy Dock and the problems cleared except for having to Initialize it on nearly every reboot.

Short story: Amazon replaced the Icy Dock, OWC replaced the SSD and I haven't had a problem since.

No sleep issues whatsoever.

I don't have Windows installed on that Mac Pro, tho...maybe you have bad hardware or conflicts.

I sent the same message to OWC to hopefully see if they know what the problem is, I did move the Home drive to my optibay so im not sure if thats affecting it and cant update to 10.6.5 yet but I doubt that is causing this problem. SSD is in the original HDD spot also.
