Syncing Notes between Iphone 3GS and Macbook Pro

I've read all the forums I can about this, but can't seem to find the answer.

I want to sync my notes between my Iphone 3GS and my Macbook Pro. Right now when I add a note in my Iphone it automatically is added in my mail account in the Macbook.

However, if I add a note in the Macbook, it does not get added to my Iphone.

I'd like it to go both ways. Is this possible?

This forum is really for the MacBook Pro hardware, not for iPhone issues. I think the best place to ask this question is here:

The issue is with configuring your iPhone. I personally gave up trying to make it work.
