Delivery Reports for Text Messages

Does anyone know if or how I can receive a delivery report when I send a text message? I'm new to iphone and I will be very disappointed if this feature is not available. Thanks. xxx

Some carriers support this, others don't. Read here to see if your carrier supports such:

I Have this same question

i live in Jakarta indonesia

i just wonder almost every handphone has this feature on other brands, but not Apple?

there must be someway apple can look into and consider to have the software

updated because even the phone i purchased 15 years ago had it?
