Play podcasts in chronological order?

How do you get iTunes to play podcasts in chronological order, automatically starting the next one when one finishes?

MacBook Pro early 2010, Mac OS X (10.6.5)

Put them in a playlist, arranged as you wish them to play. It's annoying to have to do this workaround, but it works.
