Dec 31, 2010 11:24 PM in response to Mr NoProby Justin C,lower the volume, or choose a more destructive means to process the signal (e.g. a limiter). -
Jan 2, 2011 1:45 PM in response to Justin Cby Mr NoPro,i used a limiter on each master fader for each song in logic pro...before waveburner. All the songs imported into waveburner are 44.1/16bit mixes. the songs all burn fine in toast. when i put those same songs in waveburner and do some fades etc..tittle the disc....i get awful pops and mini electrical sounding explosions......hmmm. not sure why? i checked clipping status in waveburner prior to burning and unless I normalize (which destroys a decent mix)...it sounds further like doody. -
Jan 2, 2011 8:17 PM in response to Mr NoProby Justin C,perhaps there's an issue communicating with the audio hardware?
perhaps there's an issue with a specific plugin?
note: WB can read 24 bit files, you may as well do your final limiting and processing in WB, using 24 bit sources.
