Not sure if this will help but worth a try.
Connect the iPad to your computer. Make sure it's recognized under Devices on the left side of the iTunes window.
From the iTunes menu bar, click Store / Authorize This Computer.
If that doesn't help, try the suggestion here by *Jason L*
