Changing iTunes Audio Output

Ok, so here's the deal: I'm looking for a way to change iTunes Audio Output separately from the default Output in System Preferences. The reason is that I use Ventrilo with a headset, and the only way I can get Ventrilo to play sound through the headset as well as use the headset's mic is to set the default Output and Input to my headset. This means that music from iTunes also plays through my headset, which I don't want. Is there any way to change iTunes output back to my built-in speakers without changing the default Output in System Preferences back to the built-in speakers as well?

iMAC, Mac OS X (10.6.4)
