Is a scratch on the screen covered under warranty?
I got a scratch in the middle of my screen. Is that covered under the warranty?

No, unless you can demonstrate that it's a manufacturing defect.
No. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by abuse or normal wear and tear.
