This is my first iPhone at first with a upgrade alarm didn't work on multiple days now in the new year it doesn't work at all! What did I pay alot of money for, a phone that might work. May be my last iPhone never had these problems on any other phone.

Oh you poor baby! The alarm clock on the phone doesn't work and now the entire phone is useless! Definitely a waste of money.

Grow up. Technology's not perfect. Sh|t happens. Accept it and use the same alarm clock you used before you got the iPhone. It's not end of the world.

I can confirm neither mine nor my partner's iphone alarms went off today like they should have, almost making him late for work. Luckily we had a noisy car drive by outside. Thanks Apple for another outstanding 'feature' to go along with constantly losing ALL contacts, shrinking the screen to half size, all the app icons strobing like a disco light, scrambling contact photos (that is when you don't just erase them all at least once a month), and dropping 50% of our calls here in NYC. These will be our last iPhones and we have had every model so far. Worst phones ever.

Templeton, your a troll.

Keep shooting your mouth off and prove how unintelligent you are.

People rely on technology and a trust is built. Apple has broken that trust

If Apple wants to make an all in one device then core function like keeping time and alarms should work 100% of the time.

I personally use my iPhone as an alarm, as does my wife. This is twice in 3 months that th alarm has failed. Once during dailight saving and now today.

The problem most users have is not that software fails, it is the fact that it should be tested for these sorts of things.

If a problem is found after release such as this, then all registered iPhone users should be emailed. Then we could make other arrangements to wake up in the morning.

So to summarize, shut your mouth unless you have something intelligent to say.

I use mine as an alarm..... but as mine is repeated it was OK...

OK... wait a second.... it has only been the 1st January 2011 for 17 hours or so.... It is a holiday.... Apple are not working to email all users.... OH have apple got my email address?

The handset has only been out a short while.. I bet Apple would think to see if an alarm clock works on a certain day, certain month, certain year...... on top of everything else they test..

EVERYTHING... gets better when tested in the REAL WORLD... .EVERYTHING we buy!
