How to display Gmail contacts group in iphone 4?

My iphone4 has been configured to use Gmail and I can see both the emails and contacts list with no issue on the phone. However, the contacts groups which I have in Gmail is not showing up on the iphone.

Is there a solution to show the contacts groups in Gmail on the iphone? Thanks.

Yes. On the iphone settings for "Mail,Contacts, calendars", I have 2 accounts. One is Gmail and the other is Exchange. Both accounts are pointing to the same Google account.

For Gmail, the options to sync are for Mail, Calendars and Notes, Archive Messages. For Exchange, the options are Mail,Contacts,Calendars,Mail Days to Sync,Mail Folders to Push.

I do not store any contacts directly on the iphone or SIM Card.

Why are you accessing your Gmail account on your iPhone as two separate accounts?

The option to sync contacts over the air with a Gmail account accessed as an Exchange account is located at Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars. Select your Gmail account being accessed as an Exchange account.

Mail - On or Off.
Contacts - On or Off.
Calendars - On or Off.

These selections are located above Mail Days to Sync and Mail Folders to Push.

If Contacts is turned on for over the air syncing, this should mirror your contacts and contact groups with your Google online address book. If not, you need to contact Google technical support.
