Setting up parental controls for internet

I bought an i-pod touch for my 13 year old and I'd like to set up parental controls for internet use. I have figured out how to set up restrictions for downloaded content such as music, movies, etc. but I am having trouble figuring out how to set up controls so that inappropriate content from the internet cannot be accessed. Thank you.

There isn't a built in parental browser filtering option, but there are apps that can possibly do what you are looking for. A quick Google search located this one. Please not I am not endorsing this over others, just the result of a quick search, there may be others cheaper or better. (and judging from the reviews, there probably is)

Thank you. I also have a call in to tech support but won't hear from them until Monday. Before I pay for an app, I think I'll talk to them. We already had a close call with some "risky" images showing up on it. Good thing he's a good kid and brought it to our attention, but he sometimes allows his friends to play on it.
