Isight & Flash problems on chatroulette and omegle

I know many people have this problem, isight is working on ichat, skype, photobooth etc. but it doesn't work online (chatroulette, omegle, facebook etc.)
When I first got my computer chatroulette was working fine but then it just stopped working. I got rid of the item (can't remember the name) in the library/application support/google file and it worked fine but ONLY on chatroulette (not omegle.) Now it doesn't work on anything and i have no idea what to do.
when i click the control click the black area (where i am suposed to see my face) these are the options i see:
google camera adapter 0
google camera adapter 1
built in i-sight
i heard you need the option "usb video class video"
i remember having that option but it went away for some reason

macbook pro, Mac OS X (10.6.5)

Hi,

Welcome to the  Discussions

If you had the Google Web Browser Plug-in and deleted it a restart of your Mac would be the first Step
This could have been part of a Chrome Install or the Standalone Plug-in for Intel Computers to Video Chat in a web Browser via the Google mail Web pages

Also try clearing the Cache on your Browser. (Normally in the Preferences)

Try Updating your Flash Player (And it's Web Browser Plug-in).

This should change the Info shown in th Flash Pop up > Camera Tab

Hello, I am having the exact same issues, but everything I have seen on this thread has been a failure. I tried clearing the Cache and I have the most up to date flash player. I think the reason my isight will not activate on websites like facebook and chatroulette is that I installed the gchat (gmail chat). I can not figure out how to uninstall the gchat cameras. Also I was looking through some other threads and found something about a USB option that is supposed to appear in the pop-up settings window, and I do not get that option either.

Please Help
Thanks

I see.

Well I see that you see something different to my 10.5.8 computer.

I am running CIV VI on the MacBook Pro (10.6.5) and will check later (but seem to think it is the same as the Pic I posted)

Having said that both computers have been previously hooked up to my (now dead) DV Converter (Firewire) and it may be something stored in the Flash .plist

Strangely I also have iGlasses showing up as an options.

The Flash version on the G4 Mac is 10.1.85.3 for the Plug-in.

Same for iMac running 10.4.11. Will check my MBP later on. Come to think of it, I haven't seen the pic that you posted in about a year maybe more. It could be the type of flash web sites I visit. All seem to automatically detect my iSight w/no other options showing.
Or.......................
I do have the options to select other cams but once I select iSight, Adobe automatically selects it as my default cam.

Really strange...................
