Hi there,
We have a Dell Inspiron running Windows XP. We have been using iTunes and iTunes store successfully for years, on this computer as well.

For the last couple months, every time we open the iTunes store, it causes our entire computer to go to blue screen and crash.

I can't think of anything we have done or changed to cause this to happen, but at the moment, we can't use the iTunes store at all without our whole computer crashing. Any ideas? We can't figure this out... All advice is appreciated!!

    The most likely culprit is trouble with video drivers, as per the following document:

    Head to the following page at Dell and enter your service tag:

    http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/index.aspx

    Check your downloads page. Are any updates available for your video card or display adaptor? If so, and if you update, does that allow you to visit the Store again?
