Your touch will restart. If it doesn't reconnect to your network, tap Settings > WiFi > Other and re-enter your network name, security setting, and network password.
If you are still having problems, reboot the Airport Extreme (just unplug the thing) and when it restarts, reset the touch network settings again and then do the forced logon.iMAC 20", iMAC 21.5", Mac OS X (10.6.5), 2G touch iOS 4.2
