Hi all - I am also having issues with the in-ear headphones that were supplied with my iPhone 3GS. I have had my iPhone for just under a year and since updating the software, I can no longer use the mic button to change tracks or adjust the volume on my songs. I have tried a brand new pair of in-ear headphones and this problem is still happening. I tried both pair of headphones on my Ipad and strangely I CAN adjust the volume and swap songs etc on my iPad, but not on my iPhone. I hope that Apple are aware of this problem and fix this with a new software update.
