For the past couple of days both my son and I (on two differnt computers with two different accounts) have been unable to purchase from ITunes. We both have current credit card info on the accounts and there have been no other changes. When you get to the download, it says "please contact ITunes Support to complete the purchase". We tried calling but you get no one. Was hoping soemone might have a quick answer for us so we didn't have to wait on a response from support via emial.
