Undo Terminal Command

Call it a brain-fart or what have you but I mistakenly typed the following command thinking it would go to the etc/hosts file:

sudo route add -net 216.52.17 127.0.0.1

Is there anyway to undo this entry? I'm really hesitant on using the "rm" command because I do not want to potentially delete anything important.

Any help would be much appreciated!
