Why Isn't my 4G Ipod Touch Syncing to Itunes?
I have spent almost 3 days straight spending 2 to 4 hours trying to fix it and then rage quiting.I have talked to 1-800-MY-APPLE people they just tell me everything that is already on the site and nothing new. I want this to work This was my only Christmas Gift this year and It doesn't even work. Alright Enough of my Blabbering on to the problem.
Alright,I have the Ipod Touch 4th generation. I have Followed the 5 r's more time than I can count. I continue to receive a message over and over again saying "This Ipod cannot be used because the required software is not installed." So I run Itunes Installer and Remove it So my Ipod touch is still plugged in. After It's finished I simply Install it and the same message pops up again.
Also my computer can detect the Ipod as a camera and I have Itunes 10.
Please anyone who can help tell me how to fix this.
