Angry Birds App installed, crashes immediately when trying to open on Mac

I had the same problem on my son's first gen iMac Intel (1.83 Ghz, 2 Gig Ram). I reapplied the 10.6.6 update, but this time I used the combo update (1 Gig file) and guess what, it's now working. I suggest you try this, reapply the 10.6.6 update using the combo file, repair permissions after update and cross your fingers, it worked for me. 🙂

Same thing for Chopper 2, now working fine. Only Solitaire Greatest Hits won't run on this first gen iMac Intel (altough running fine on two other more recent Macs), when I start it, it gives me a message that it can not be played on this type on Mac

Same here! MacBook Core Duo 1.83

Installs and plays beautifully on iMac 2.16GHz C2D but crashes instantly on macbook 2GHz.

Also the same. I also a problem while downloading some apps. Just sayins my computer can't download the app. I'm up to date so it should be working... but it's not.

I am sure the Rovio developers would get a better response if their website acknowledges the issue... or just the mere fact that a Mac version exists. They have the worst tech/customer support webpage; a just a brief FAQ.

Rovio must be mostly Windows programmers and are unaware that Mac users have much higher expectations for the quality in products and in support.

I'll wait 24 hours for SOME sort of reply by Apple or Rovio, then I'm demanding a refund.

iam having the same problem when ever i open it i get the message (OpenGL Version 2.0 is not supported) iam running 2.16 GHZ and intel core duo 2. need help as this sucksssssss.
