Well No, Guess i forgot to mention i'm just trying to change region as it defaulted back to US or something instead of Putting it to Canada... And also Once told me my Account Information was incomplete and requested a CC Info...
EDIT: The None info is definately not there when doing "Change Region" But stays there if i keep it to US, Yet since i don't live there, i don't have a valid US Address... thus Disallowing me to get anything.

"There is no "none" option!"
Yes there is!
"Existing accounts cannot be changed!"
I remove the CC number from my account all the time!
Then you must have a special account because *I* don't have a "none" option and MUST add payment info to my account before I can download FREE apps from the app store, which is stupid.
With iDevices being popular with the youth, and iCloud being the next important feature tied to a Apple ID. The Apple ID system needs serious work, Parents should not have to use their Apple ID on the family members devices, and the kids should not have or require a live credit card on their personal Apple ID account. And with iCloud, the Apple ID is becoming more of a tool for the features with iCloud being tied to 1 Apple ID and not shared with other family members.
I personally do not want my credit card on my Apple ID, I prefer to use gift cards on my account. There are plenty of free applications with advertisements that do not require a purchase. Why are we some how forced to input a credit card drives me up the wall.
APPLE, FIX THIS PLEASE!. Create a Apple ID structure that WORKS and scales in the future with a personal account. THANK YOU.
Note this thread is about the Mac App store, not the App store for iDevices.

This is not required. All family members can have and use their own ID.

A credit card is not required.

Then don't put one in/delete it.

You are not "forced" into it at all.
Try signing a new Apple ID on a iOS device in the store. Give us the instructions how to keep the Apple ID logged in the app store without entering a gift card code or credit card and address. Purchase the free application "remote" (Which I personally feel is ridiculous that this step is required, even though it does not work). Good Luck.
Maybe I'm too stupid to figure it out.
What difference does it make?. The Apple ID system is a mess and needs to be organized.
Otherwise, I guess the Mac Store Apple ID system is completely different from the iOS Apple ID system. I will view the Apple ID system in 3 different catagories, Mac App Store, iOS App store and the iCloud. What a f-ing mess.
It seems the Mac App Store works differently in different regions.
That is probably the result of local laws. However, if I'm wrong, it doesn't matter. The bottom line is that you don't have the option of "None."
Have you tried to get free apps without identifying an account?
Well, no, it certainly isn't because of laws. Anyways, I did try to use appstore without an account, and it wasn't possible. And the app wasn't available outside the Mac Appstore.
Extremely annoying and probably part of an apple strategy to make us download more apps, since it's easier if the card number and things are already there... I really don't like it.
I found myself a similar app, outside mac appstore though (an audio player, to avoid iTunes, which is the second most annoying thing on macs. I cannot believe the success of it.) Anyways, I should add, that appart from these things, I like mac.
