"403 Forbidden" when trying to install

I purchased kidpix 3d, and it shows up on the purchased tab in the app store. However, when clicking the install button, I get an error box that says:

"The application could not be downloaded."
"The server gave an error during download: 403 Forbidden."

With a cancel and retry button. Retry does nothing.

I called Applecare about this, since the app store support page seems to be non-existant. The lady I spoke to was very friendly, but could not find any direct support options for the Mac App Store. She directed me to use the email form on the itunes app store support page at http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ . I've done that, and they apparently have 48 hours to respond to me.

I am sorry that you have experienced a problem when downloading LEGO Harry Potter from the App Store.

It seems that there were problems with the App Store after yesterday's launch - we suspect that this could have been caused by the size of the application that you were trying to download. We are currently working with Apple and hope to have it resolved later today.

Hello all,

As you may already know, LEGO Harry Potter is currently unavailable on the App Store. We're working with Apple to fix the problem, but it's unlikely to be back on the store until after the weekend. In the meantime, if you've already bought it from the App Store, we want you to be able to play the game! So here's what we're going to do: If you purchased the game from the App Store, you will have received an email receipt with an order number. Forward that email receipt to us at at hogwarts@feralinteractive.com, and we'll email you a link to download the game from our website, and a Product Key to activate it.

Thanks for your patience, everyone… it's going to be a long weekend!
