Keep getting this message and I can't get technical phone support because I'm a windows user. Tried customer support directions to no avail. Anyone else have any ideas?

I've had the same problem for quite some time now... and it persists across iTunes software updates. I suspect (tho' am not 100% sure) I've even done a complete purge and re-install and still have the same problem.

This occurs every time I access "iTunes Store" within a given iTunes application initiation. I suspect that for some reason, instead of using the default Home page load, it's defaulting to searching for some invalid string.

I also suspect that no answer from Apple or forum members will be forthcoming. I'm going to try to just live with a keyboard sequence to get past the glitch:
______
(Tab) » (Enter) » {(Alt)+(S)} » (H)

Hope this is of some use. —Thri
