Apple ID without a credit card

Hi all and sorry for my english.

Hi have an Apple ID account (using it on this forum) and I have installed the App Store, but when I tryied to download a free app I can't because I have to review the situation, bla, bla bla...

So I followed this turorial: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht2534 but I do it in App Store, and that really works, I selected the None credit card option and now I can install apps.

The problem its that I had to create a new Apple ID, with a different email... 😟

Is there any way for me to use my previously account without a credit card and just download free apps?
