How to recover deleted photos?

All photos transferred from your computer via the iTunes sync process - selected under the Photos tab for your iPhone sync preferences with iTunes should remain on your computer.

Photos transferred from your computer are stored in your iPhone's Photo Library and are not included with your iPhone's backup since there is no reason for it.

Photos in your iPhone's Camera Roll are included with your iPhone's backup. Although photos in the Camera Roll are included with your iPhone's backup which is updated by iTunes as the first step during the iTunes sync process, photos in the Camera Roll can and should be imported by your computer as with any other digital camera.

Based on your post above, you cannot recover the photos, they are gone forever. You need to start using iTunes right a way and start to back up your data and photos so you don't have this happen again.

I am surprised you even got this far, with each iPhone I had to get it working via iTunes first.

The problem now is the photos that I taken was deleted directly from iPhones.

Photos in your iPhone's Camera Roll (which is where photos captured/taken with your iPhone are saved) are NOT included or touched with the iTunes sync process. Photos in the Camera Roll cannot be deleted from the Camera Roll by syncing with iTunes alone - this is not possible.

Regardless, if you did not import the photos from the Camera Roll with your computer as designed and intended and as with any other digital camera, the photos are gone. There is no solution.
