scinfu, welcome to the discussion area!

If you have newer 802.11"n" versions of the AirPort Express, you would want to use the "Extend a wireless network feature" for better performance.

If you do have the older 802.11"b/g" versions of the AirPort Express, you would need to use the "Participate in a WDS network" setting on the Time Capsule.

Hold down the option key on your Mac while you click on the Wireless Mode setting box and the WDS setting should appear.

The WDS configuration is difficult for many users because it is very easy to make a mistake.

Can you tell us how you are trying to configure things?

The Time Capsule is probably your WDS "main". Are you trying to configure both of your AirPort Express devices as "remotes"?

Or, are you trying to configure one AirPort Express as a "relay" and the other as a "remote"?

i configured :
time capsule as "main" and in WDS tab i add the id airport of the airport express .
Airport Express as "remote" and i add the id of time capsule in firs time i use the id of 5 ghz and in second time the second id 2.5 ghz but in any case my airport do not connect and time capsule notication with led orange that time capsule is configured as WDS but any device is connected as WDS

You cannot use the ID of the 5 GHz band because WDS is limited to maximum "g" wireless speeds. Try using the 2.4 GHz band ID.

I do not understand whether you need a configuration for "main" and "remotes" (see below for a good example of how to configure this)

Or, if you need instructions for a "main", "relay" and "remote", there are here:

Both sets of instructions were provided by forum expert Tesserax. I hope that they will help you here.
