cut the rope launches then closes by itself, help please

I downloaded the CUT THE ROPE game in my ipad, my daughter was able to play with it about two times, then she played with another game then when she wanted to play with cut the rope again, she pressed the icon , it launched the chillngo page then closed by itself. i deleted the software from the ipad and reinstalled it again my synching from my laptop, still the same problem, what should i do?
