Apps Messed Up by Restrictions

My sis put restrictions on my iPod Touch and when I removed it all my apps are scattered everywhere, it deleted some of my folders, took everything out of them, and completely vandalized the springboard. Is there a way to restore the original screen?

iPod Touch, iOS 4, 32gb

You just have to manually arrange them like they were.

Ok maybe someone know this question about restrictions. My I touch password restriction was set by someone that used it and I don't know how to get into to it to be able to do in game purchases. How do I reset this?

If you forget your passcode, you must restore the iPod touch software. See “Updating
and Restoring iPod touch Software” on page 214.
