Now my question:- is it, by any chance, possible that Apple could give me some help trying to find out who(with what apple account) is using my ihpone4 at the moment ?
No. Due to privacy concerns, Apple won't touch this with a 10 foot pole - not unless this was requested by law enforcement.
Apple provides a Find My iPhone service which is now free to iPhone 4 owners and included with a MobileMe account, which must be set up on the iPhone before it is lost or stolen. MacBook Pro 15" Intel Core 2 Duo/2.53GHz/4GB RAM/500GB HD, Mac OS X (10.6.6), iPod w/Video 30GB, iPhone 4 32GB
