AT&T MiFi 2372 (Mobile Hotspot) & Apple Airport Extreme Base Station

Is there any way to get my new AT&T MiFi 2372 (Mobile Hotspot unit) connected to my older Apple Airport Extreme Base Station unit (AEBS)?

After firing up that AT&T MiFi unit, I have 2 independent wireless networks in my home (one newer network using the AT&T MiFi wireless router and the other older network using the Apple AEBS wireless router). Unfortunately, devices connected on the MiFi network cannot talk with those on the AEBS network. I would be nice if I could get the networks to talk to each other.

Currently, my Internet Service Provider (ISP) is HughesNet (satellite internet provider). We are in a very rural setting and HughesNet was the only "high-speed" game in town (no DSL, no FiOS). Unfortunately, HughesNet's actual speeds are dismal compared to their claimed speeds. In fact, recently, their upload speeds actually fell below dial-up speeds for an entire weekend. Thus, my ultimate goal is to replace HughesNet as my ISP with something like the AT&T MiFi unit that I'm testing right now. Initial tests look promising especially with improved actual upload speeds.

We have about 10 wireless clients in the home. The AEBS can allow all 10 (even more) to connect at the same time. Unfortunately, the MiFi only allows up to 5 clients to connect simultaneously. This plus the AEBS' extended range are the reasons I'd like to figure out how to get these 2 devices (MiFi and AEBS) to network together. Then maybe I could jettison HughesNet.

Any help would be appreciated.
