Schedulermailer????

After more than a year of running 10.5.8 without the following notice at start-up, a window now comes up stating that "schedulermailer" want to use my confidential information stored in my keychain. Nothing shows up in the Finder Help menu regarding 'schedulermailer."

I have just upgraded to Snow Leopard and the same window pops up at start-up.

Am I being paranoid, or is this legit?
