it is a 32gb it is doing some strange stuff like trying to swipe by it self. and goes to the internet by itself.

I have a related problem with my 32gb ipad. When asleep, it often turns itself on all by itself. Sometimes it picks a song at random and starts to play it. Sometimes when I put it to sleep it comes right back on; sometimes it waits for a few minutes. I've reverted to factory settings and replaced it. I've reloaded all of the apps from the app store rather than restoring from a backup on my laptop. This is really frustrating because it keeps running down the battery. Help!!!!!

That aside, what do you mean by +*reverted to factory settings and replaced it*+? Have you gotten a new iPad for a faulty one and still have problems?
If that is the case, it sounds like a misbehaving app since you redownloaded the apps you had on the iPad. If not, this might be another candidate to take to the Apple store genius bar and have checked out. Could be a hardware issue causing it to startup on its own.
