Maybe try disconnecting the USB cable, so you are only using the 1 protocol.
Then go into Print and Fax and delete what is currently there, THEN add the new connection using Bonjour

I did all this, except that I could find no way of adding a new connection 'via Bonjour' - I could not find Bonjour, basically. So - firewall off, printer deleted and re-added, but still no WiFi printing. Works fine with the USB cable but that's not practical for me. I'm sure I'm overlooking something obvious (like Bonjour?) as it seems to have done the trick for so many others! Can anyone help?

Wish I could help! I ended up selling mine and buying a Kodak (the ink's cheaper!) I just deleted the printer completely, disarmed the firewall then readded it. You have to install it using the USB first. It's not easy, infact it's rubbish! And stressful!

Thanks lollyberry! Disarmed firewall (not ideal) and used USB but it didn't work. Stressful indeed!
