Can't Access LiveJournal Anymore?

Hello, I frequently go to livejournal website to check on grad school stuff, and for the past couple days the website hasn't been working on my Safari. I have never had any problem in the past, but now it just won't load. I tried it on my Mozilla as well, and nothing. I used my friends Toshiba laptop, and the website loaded just fine, so it isn' the website, but something with my computer or browsers. Please help!

MacBook, Mac OS X (10.6.4)

HI Brandon...

On Safari go to Safari / Preferences then select the Security tab. Click: Show Cookies. Delete all cookies related to the livejournal site.

Quit Safari (Command + Q) then relaunch Safari and see if that made a difference.

Considering this is both browsers, check System Preferences / Network. Click the *Assist Me* button then click the Diagnostics button. If there are any red buttons on the left, click Continue.

Try logging into another user account on your Mac also. Launch Safari and try to access the livejournal site. If you don't encounter any problems there, then at least you'll know it's just your user account and not a system wide problem.

Check Safari / Preferences - Extensions. Perhaps you have an Extension installed that's preventing that site to load.

Make sure your system software is up to date. Click the Apple () menu (top left in your screen) Software Update ...

Empty the cache on both Safari and Firefox. For Safari, press Command + Option + E on your keyboard.

For Firefox, go to Firefox / Preferences then select the Advanced tab. Click the *Clear Now* button.
