Have been using iOS4 OK. However this week the mail app stopped working. When I bring it up, it spins like it's getting the email but goes nowhere. Just says that it's checking but with no success. Can get to my email using the Safari browser. Have only one email account - that's on Verizon. Is there a way to correct the app or reload it?

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.6.1)
