Can't access documentation anymore

I'm a Registered Apple Developer but I'm not a member of any program (either iOS or Mac). It looks like I can't access XCode documentation anymore. If I open XCode and go to Help->Developer Documentation, the help window opens with the following error:

"You do not have access to this resource based on your membership.

Access to technical resources such as pre-release software and associated documentation, and information related to distributing iOS or Mac apps on the App Store are benefits offered to Apple Developer Program members.

Either the Apple ID and password you entered is not associated with an Apple Developer Program, or the Program that you are enrolled in does not have access to this resource."

Isn't it possible to access free documentation anymore?

MacBook Pro 17", iMac 24", Mac OS X (10.6.6), XCode 3.2.5

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction! I didn't have the "Xcode 3.2 Developer Tools Library" installed. I installed it, and the problem was solved.

Anyway, the error message still confuses me: from what I understand, if you don't install a library locally, the help should access the documentation online, isn't it?

I am also having this problem. I cannot access fundamental API documentation, even something as low-level as the documentation for UIView, NSArray, and so on. What is going on? I am registered for the developer program and never had problems with this before. I am not fully licensed yet, but that shouldn't be necessary for accessing these documentations. I went into the preferences and selected the checkbox that says "Install Updates Automatically" but that didn't change anything.

What is going on?!

I don't know if it's a bug or a feature, but apparently you can't have access to the online documentation if you are not a member of a paid Developer Program. I fixed the issue installing the documentation locally: go to XCode Preferences->Documentation and check "Xcode 3.2 Developer Tools Library" and "Mac OS X 10.6 Core Library." Hope this help.
