AirPrint Issues with HP 6500 Officejet

Thanks in advance for any help! Been trying for hours to download or install the latest firmware for an HP 6500 to make it compatible with AirPrint. HP's support is horrible and even though I registered my product, their site couldn't find it and wouldn't even allow me to send in an email asking for assistance. I've been through the menu items on the printer, but I can't figure out how to update the firmware. Can anyone post a link to it, or help out? Thanks.

Assuming you have an Officejet 6500A (note the A here is very important), you would find the update here:

Right Arrow –> Setup –> Web Services Setup –> Product Updates –> Check for Product Updates
