Automatic zooming in

Out of the blue, my Iphone 4 started to zoom in automatically, making it almost impossible to use the menu's and the applications. The same phenomenom I had with my Iphone 3, but then a reset solved the problem. This time, no luck with the reset.

touch the screen with 3 fingers or tap it to zoom out then go into settings >general> accessibility and turn zoom off

It is the zoom feature and you can learn about it in the manual:

OK...dumb question, but go into settings > general > Accesibility and check if you have Zoom on. If you do, turn it off.
