East West Play Gold not loading samples
Hey all
I just bought East West's Gold Orchestra Play, after having their Silver edition for awhile. I installed in on my internal drive and everything just fine, but now when I try to load an instrument sample in the player, it says something like this: Play could not load /Volumes/Macintosh HD/Play Libraries/EWQL Orchestra Library/Gold Instruments/Gold Strings/18 Violins/5 Keysw/../../../../Gold Samples/Gold Strings/18 Violins/18 V F/V18svF F/V18svF55 F.ews.
I don't know what to do, I've literally spent the last maybe 6 or 7 hours of my life looking and posting everywhere in all kinds of forums and emailing people and whatnot, all to no avail. Nothing is working, my Play interface is totally up to date, everything is authorized... I literally have waisted my entire afternoon/evening with this nonsense.
Can anyone help me please? This is so unbelievably frustrating. I need this library and these samples for a job that needs to be done quite soon. Any help at all is greatly appreciated.
