What is a "CTO" drive?

For the most part, I know quite a bit about hardware but this has me stumped. I need to replace a crashed drive on the gf's iMac. When I go to appleserialnumberinfo.com to see what is currently in it, the site tells me:

Hard Drive: -CTO, 7200rpm

What the heck is the "CTO" part representative of??

iMac G5 ALS (17")
