Looks like no one’s replied in a while. To start the conversation again, simply
ask a new question.
I got my Ipod about a week ago and every so often ill be in the middle of something (i.e Facebook) and it will exit out
Anyone know how i can fix it or something????
Sometimes, before an App will work correctly after it is first installed, the iPod needs to be
Re-started.
So first of all, try a
Re-start by press-and-holding the
Sleep/Wake button and use the power off slider that appears. When the iPod has
fully turned off - the whirly wheel disappears and the screen is completely black, hold the
Sleep/Wake button until the iPod begins its re-start procedure.
If the App continues to crash, try a
Reset - same procedure as the
Re-start but hold the
Home button as well as the
Sleep/Wake button.
Finally, if the App still isn't happy, remove the App from the iPod and then re-install it. (Unfortunately, you will lose data from the App.) Do this by connecting the iPod to iTunes and then look on
Device/Apps and un-ticking the App. Make sure you click
Apply for the removal to take effect. Once the App has been removed, simply tick the box again and
Apply to put it back on.
