Q: Brocade 300 FC Xsan compatibility

I am trying to configure an Xsan 2 for our university using a Brocade 300 Fiber Channel switch, but i'm encountering some issues when connecting a vtrak storage device to it. I have created 3 LUNS, 1 LUN for Raid 1 for Metadata and 2 LUNs for Raid 5 data itself, but only 2 showed up either in Disk Utility or in Xsan. One of the data LUN is missing which gives an error when creating a volume. My question is, does Brocade 300 FC switch causing this issue, as all the LUNs showed up whenever i bypasses the FC switch and connect directly the vtrak storage to the metadata controller and was able to mount the volume successfully.

Xserve, Mac OS X (10.6.6), Xsan 2 brocade 300 FC switch
