Zoomed in and won't zoom out

I had my Iphone 4 this morning and it was working properly. All of a sudden it zoomed in won't zoom out. Not in camera mode just in regular usage. The lock screen is zoomed in and I can't get it zoom out. I've restored it and in its original settings it worked fine. Once I restored my information on it it went right back to zoomed in. HELP!
