How to get my original Calculator Back. (still on phone under search)

I'm trying to get the original apple calculator back on my iPhone 6. Accidentally deleted it.

This is a 5 and a half year old thread. The question was about recovering the native calculator on an iPhone. What is your question?

Questception. Do I really have to reset my home screen because Apple got huffy about me trying to clean the nonsense out of my homescreens?

AND it hasn't worked.

But it took less than a second to download from the App Store. Almost as though it was on my phone all a long and that removing it from the control centre is simply unhelpful. I can tell wait to not use any iDevice ever aGain.

When this thread was started 5 years ago, that was the way to handle it. If you have a newer iPhone, and it is using iOS 10, then you could have deleted the calculator, and to recover it, you need to follow the steps in this support document. Remove built-in Apple apps from the Home screen on your iOS device with iOS 10 - Apple Support
