Q: Loops not recogised by Logic Pro
've just run into a problem in that whenever I open my apple loops/jam packs in the left-hand pane of of the Logic Pro browser and click on one to preview it, I get this message:
"The file 'Remix Tamborine 03.caf' is not recognized by Logic Pro. Please ensure that the file properties are correct and that it is a supported file type."
(Remix Tamborine is just an example. It says the same thing no matter what loop I try to listen/play)
I don't know that how it happened but it just keeps coming up with this message. It happeened out of the blue it seems and I can't understand why Logic won't recorgnise the file type?
Urgently need help as trying to finish off a project.
I'm using 9.1.3 and those Apple Loops/Jam Packs have been saved onto an external HD - which has worked fine for many many months.
Thanks for any help.
