Silverlight problems with Netflix

Setting up my new 11.6" MB Air I had multiple error DRM codes when trying to instantly watch Netflix movies. I called netflix and they had me 1. uninstall/reinstall Silverlight (no go) 2. create a new user account (no go). I called Applecare, no help. Searched the web for a while and put together a few tips that worked:

1. Move the following to the trash:
HD>Library>App Support>Microsoft>Silverlight
HD>Library>App Support>Microsoft>Playready
HD>Library>Internet Plug-ins>Silverlight.plugin
Empty trash, reboot, go on Netflix and try to stream movie, it will ask you to reinstall silverlight. After the installation I was able to watch movies instantly. Hope this saves someone the 4 hours spent.

I followed your instructions and it worked great for Safari! Thanks! Unfortunately, I'm still having the same issue with Firefox. 😟 Netflix "hangs" on a black screen when I try to instantly view a movie. Is there a "tweak" within firefox I should try?
