Firefox Won't Start

I recently upgraded to 10.6.6 and now Firefox will not start. I click on the icon it bounces a few tunes in the dock and then ... nothing.

I have deleted the mozilla files from my user library (app support and preferences) and the library for the machine. Deleted Firefox, redownloaded and installed it and get the same behavior.

I must note that it did used to work and last used it before the 10.6.6 update.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
