Your question is meaningless since it's impossible to get spyware on an iPhone that isn't jailbroken.

Are you asking if someone could do this on a non jailbroken phone?

This is not a forum to ask this question, it would be a violation to ask or be answered.

If you are asking to determine if your phone is jailbroken take it into an Apple Authorized Repair Center for an evaluation as any website outside of Apple providing a suggestion on how would be entirely suspect.

I downloaded my pictures and am afraid I have placed the spyware into my computer now. How can I eliminate this from my computer completely? I am so sick of dealing with this spyware. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You could not have downloaded spyware from your iPhone to your computer. If your computer has spyware, you should download or purchase the appropriate software for your computer. Without knowing anything about your computer, it would be rather hard to make any sort of recommendation.

Ok then how would one spy on texts/calls, track gps location, view camera/hear microphone sound, etc. if it's iPhone

Also, would I know if it's jailbroken?
