How to enable Mouse Keys via terminal?

I've been looking everywhere and can't figure it out.

How do I enable Mouse Keys using only terminal?

My trackpad does not work but I can access most things using keyboard shortcuts.

Thanks!

I had found this for Tiger, but it doesn't seem to work: http://thedailyreviewer.com/computing/view/turn-on-mouse-keys-without-mouse-1015 15790

... and hitting the 'option' key 5 times does not work.
